Registrations are now open for the 2026/27 season!

As per last year, registration is all done online - here.  Registration fees for NCLAC this season be the same as last year, and family discounts for multiple children are also available again – as per the following table:

• Family of 1 - $190
• Family of 2 - $360 ($20 discount)
• Family of 3 - $510 ($60 discount)
• Family of 4 - $640 ($120 discount)
• Family of 5 - $750 ($200 discount)

To receive the discount, make sure to add all your kids before going to the payment screen.  Once you have added one child, there is an option to “Register Another” which you should use before going on to do the payment.

Also, please keep in mind that we are an “Active Kids” provider, so you are entitled to use your NSW Active Kids Voucher(s) for registration if you haven’t already used it for this year.  This will bring the cost down by $50 per child - more information on the scheme can be found on the NSW Office of Sport website (https://sport.nsw.gov.au/sectordevelopment/activekids).

As last year, your registration fee will include a custom-printed singlet for each athlete, so please make sure to select the correct size as part of the registration process.

• First competition night – Monday 12th October
• Zone Combined-event Championships – Sunday 18th October at Newcastle City
• Zone Championships – Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November at Raymond Terrace
• Club Christmas Party – Monday 14th December
• NSW Country Championships - 15-17th January at TBA
• Return from Christmas break – Monday February 1st
• Regional Championships –  12th-14th February at Glendale Athletics Track
• State Combined Event Championships –  20th & 21st February at Dubbo
• State Junior (U9-U13) Championships – 11-14th March at Sydney Olympic Park
• State Junior (U14-U18) Championships – 18-21st March at Sydney Olympic Park
• Final competition night – Monday 5th April
• Presentation Night – Monday 26th April

Our calendar is fairly similar to previous years, sand again we will be having 10 competition nights before Christmas and 9 after, with the 10th being the presentation night.   Important dates for our coming season are as follows:
